Beer: Losers’ Club Vol. II

July 5, 2018 by thebeersbeer

Beer: Losers’ Club vol. II

Style: DIPA
ABV: 8.5%
IBU: –
Hops: Mosaic, Citra, and Simcoe
———————————–
Brewery: Fieldwork Brewing – Berkeley, CA / Claimstake Brewing – Rancho Cordova, CA
Brewery IG: @FieldworkBrewingCo / @claimstake.brewing
———————————–
Rating: 4.25/5
Notes: A good beer with notes of pineapple. Not too sweet and very drinkable. I got the chance to drink two of these in different scenarios. One at home, just chilling out, and one when I was playing a game of disc golf. In both situations this was a great go to beer. Not to sweet which made it easy to drink out and about while also not being too much at home.
Can Art: Simple and classy as I would expect in the losers club.

Beer: Doppelgänger

June 29, 2018 by thebeersbeer

Beer: Doppelgänger

Style: DIPA
ABV: 8.0%
IBU: –
Hops: ?
———————————–
Brewery: Tree House Brewing Company – Charlton, MA
Brewery IG: @treehousebrewco
———————————–
Rating: 4.75/5
Notes: Smooth slipping. Another top shelf beer from Tree House. Juicy and super crushable. This is dangerous at 8%, being so tasty and drinkable. It might be a good thing that I don’t get these on a regular basis or I’d be wasted and broke all the time.
Can Art: Standard Tree House can.

Cheers to @abeerhasnoname for the sweet ass hook up!

Rating: 4.5/5
Notes: Great beer. Just the right amount of sweetness and hop to it. “Ain’t no such thing as half way Facebook… This beer was brewed as a reminder to us all to promote unity in the beer community and also to not take things too seriously. “ That’s great and something to remember always.
Can Art: Legit. Sweet design with all the frames and the family photo.

Notes: Another solid Moonraker from my trade buddy @bud358. I feel like I can always point out citra hops but this one surprised me. That’s probably from the melon I’m picking up which is very enjoyable.

Beer: dHop10 Style: DIPA ABV: 8.5% IBU: – Hops: ? ———————————- Brewery: Equilibrium Brewery – Middleton, NY Brewery IG: @eqbrewery ———————————– Rating: 4/5 Notes: Delicious India pale ale that really hit the spot.
